This Refund Policy explains how PingVault handles refunds for paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all PingVault transactions.
30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with any paid PingVault plan, contact us within 30 days of your charge and we will issue a full refund.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund on any paid subscription charge if you request it within 30 days of the charge date. No reason is required. Simply email us at support@pingvault.live with your account email and we will process your refund promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@pingvault.live with:
- The email address associated with your PingVault account
- The date and amount of the charge
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account automatically downgrades to the free Hobby plan at the end of the period
4. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all PingVault transactions. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment disputes. For billing questions you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
